I get what you was trying to do with the hair. Still needs some tweaking. Bigger/longer ponytail if possible, as well check into other bang options.
Regardless you got a pretty decent entry, with room for improvement. Good luck.

- you could probably go with a different hairstyle or eyes (im pretty sure theres a ponytail style thats almost identical to his?) aside from that, its really good.

- Maybe a different hairstyle, but you definitely got the basics down and you had GREAT ideas. The background really brings out the demolition he's known for. The Clay birds are p common but again good thing you put em in. Good luck!
