- Description: Decided might as well try sailor pluto in eternal form. Since ava builder was down I had to do the best I could to search for items. Star on bow is the wrong color and the back ribbons are not skinny. It was the best I could. Couldn't decide on a background and one I found was too pricey. Suggestions are always welcome.

Bah I knew I forgot something xD. The boots I used on purpose like in my last week entry. Wanted to try different boots other than mender. The color on the top of the boots is just socks layered under the boots. It can be done with mender boots also.
Really appreciate the feedback though. If I ever redo this in the future, I'll keep your suggestions in mind. :O - Report As Spam

- I would suggest using a darker skin tone for Pluto, and while they dont' have the black coloration on the top, the Magical Mender boots might be good.
