After Zant usurped the throne in the Twilight Realm from Midna, its rightful heir, he set his eyes on Hyrule Castle to take Zelda's seat as well. She was prepared to fight but Zant threatened to kill all of her soldiers, so she surrendered her throne and was later kept as a prisoner in her quarters, high within Hyrule Castle.
This is a capture of her in her throne room taking a stance.
