Paula is a 12-14 year old girl who gets kidnapped by Pokey and put in a cell in Peaceful Rest Valley, east of her hometown Twoson. She is later rescued by Ness after contacting him in a dream using her incredible psychic abilities. Some of Paula's powerful abilities include PSI Fire and PSI Freeze.
