Extremely cliche. But still pretty.
It's -very- simple, and was -very- cheap to create.
In editing mode, the garage lamps stayed behind the furniture; much better looking, so you'll have to excuse that.

- change the walls D: looks grey more than white/black =p and it's a bit boring but i guess u said it's simple razz so i'll give u a 5 =)
