Anyone worth their salt who watched YTV as a child should remember Reboot.
If not, shame shame on you.
Hexadecimal was one of the villains (well... she had her "I can't decide WHICH side I'm on" moments)
In my opinion: the best villain.
Can't beat the crazy lady who could change her face.

I loved that show, and I wish I could find
episodes of it still around, perhaps I'll try
