(Slowly getting back into the swing of things after being internet-less. I created this outfit based around the hair and chaps and came up with this fun color combination. Hope you all enjoy!)
I'm on the lookout you see, for there is this man,
He's running and hiding from the law, and it is my job to take him in.
Dead or alive it doesn't matter to me, whichever is easier in the end,
When collecting a bounty, you see, a job well done is the plan.

- The bright colored and clean looking base doesn't fit the dull colored and dirty background. I wouldn't've been plain without a background, since this clearly has a lot going on. The base is rather pretty at least, though. 4/5

- Nicely done. I especially like the incorporation of that light blue. I don't see exactly where the background fits in though, it would have been perfectly nice on it's own c;

I just thought it looked plain without a background or something there so I tried to find a background similar enough in color scheme to work with the hair and chap colors.
