On a purely aesthetic and emotional level, I enjoy this. The coat interacts well with your simulation of wind. The hair is a pleasant shade which fits the atmosphere. However, the skin color would be better suited creating contrast to the hair and coat. As of now, it seems to be an awkward extension of the collar.
