Anyways, basically my submission is a black mage gone way beyond power mad. Now he sticks to fire spells and uses them very well if i may say so. His stronger spells come from the little book he keeps near him at all times. That little sprite is the only thing holding him back from taking over the universe.

Hmm in all honesty, its a bit off. the Cape and
the Mimzy aura makes it unbalanced. The basic idea
is good but it needs a bit more work. good luck in
