Okay this is a cosplay of Kira Izuru from Bleach, he's a shinigami blah blah I don't really want to give a description because of spoilers and stuff. But anyway this is Kira during his time at the Shinigami Academy which explains the book (the frown....well everytime I see him he's frowning).
