Decandriel stood. Her light steps echoed loudly on the Bird Bridge but she did not slow. She had waited ten weary years. Yet she knew he had been waiting just as tirelessly.
Out of the gloom a soft light appeared. Hear heart began to flutter and she quickened her pace. The light grew, sending tendrils of gold skittering away into the enveloping darkness. A figure stepped behind, bearing the dazzling orb. Gently, she tipped her lantern until it met his.

I can't believe it. I thought this was amazing and would have placed within the top 5 at least. It's actually discouraged me a little from entering some time, actually. But one positive I take from this is, at least I found and can follow your gallery now. ^_^

- She's lovely. The color combination is so graceful and soft, and so well balanced. I'm glad that her arm is covering her torso, I know that dress exposes a bit a skin, and I think that would be distracting. I'm sorry you didn't place higher, because you did a great job.
