the sea glows with fallen star light
from the ice and waters came the light of a beautiful bird
As it riased from the waters its long flowing tail followed leaving stars in its wake.
When it finally reached the heavens more stars were finally born

It's not a believable avatar. Everything has it's back turned towards us, so it's not illustrating the picture you're describing.
It may be pretty to look at, but you're basically getting (and going to get) a bunch of "omg pretty! 5/5" for the basic use of "girly" items that create a sort of "light" "heavenly" look. And that's something that's been done on here over and over again.
I'll give you a 3/5. It's not bad to look at, but the avi doesn't match your intentions.
