Dragons, destructive as they tend to be despite any intentions to the contrary, get an early start in setting the world ablaze. As a hatchling attempts to free itself from its shell they will almost always become exasperated and start breathing fire. The end result, once enough pressure builds inside the egg, is an explosion with enough concussive force to level a small house.
