It’s dark in here,
In this soft, floral home.
I wait patiently for my flower to bloom,
I just wait to be free.
I feel myself falling,
Slowly from the white tree.
I feel the flower landing,
Gentle on the hard ground.
The petals loosen around my wings,
I see the day above.
I push myself free,
And see the world around.
I see a kind face,
One of a friend.
I see my dear guardian,
