well I really wanted to cosplay Germany but im not a guy so i thought to make a girl version of Germany from hetalia:axis powers :3 soo this is what Germany would look like if he had a sex change XD
the picture in the reference is drawn a bit differently than he really looks. i just couldnt find a picture with him in these clothes (he does wear them in the show though) - Date: 07/26/2010
