Due to lack of sustainable host and the destruction of his own artificial body, Hazama/Kazuma, Terumi possesses Ragna to stabilize his existence. Combining his own powers (Force Eater) with his host's own (Soul Eater), a culmination of destruction unlike any other would be born that day, with the additional threat of mastery over the Azure Grimoire. - @Shaiya: this is a "what if" scenario, if you were able to comprehend the meaning of those words, they are just that. An outcome and/or character that was never part of the franchise. I bet you didn't know it, up until now. Perhaps you should read more into description?
