This type character was inspired by Sin City and old Black and White background atmosphere. The makeup type look comes from the movie Dead Presidents. The outfit was inspired by a sort of 1800's sort of working class. The character is just named the Scoundrel throughout the alley ways of London. Nobody is too sure of his origins but they all know that if they want to dive into the seedy underbelly of London then he is the man to go to.
