Kayla is a derivative of the Greek "Kay" or "Katherine" and the English "Michaela".<br />
The Greek "Katherine" meaning: Pure.<br />
The English "Michaela" is the feminine form of "Michael", meaning: Who is like god.<br />
The American "Kayla" meaning: Pure and Beloved.<br />

I was born in Southern California, but raised in Central Maine.<br />
I now live in Riverside, California Springfield, Illinois.<br />
I'm an Alumni of Piscataquis Community High School, in Guilford ME.<br />

My boyfriend fiancé is amazing.<br />

I have one older brother.<br />
I don't have a relationship with my father, but I love my mother very much.<br />
I have the best friends the world could ask for.<br />
Graphic Design is my passion, and hopefully my life's ultimate destination.<br />
I love almost everything dearly, and am quick to grow a deep attachment to people/places/things.<br />
I have done a lot of traveling, but only within the United States. <br />
I have homies everywhere. :"D<br />

I hate gloomy rain clouds that never go away, and moving on. I hate long bus rides through Ohio, and nagging suspicions. I don't like being disliked, or over cooked pasta. I hate life after Guilford, and losing my palm trees. I hate the mountains on each side of me, and constantly second guessing myself. I dislike seafood and flat land. I hate meeting new friends, and the end of an era. I don't like the feeling that the best days have gone by, or that the walls are so bare. I hate feeling that you're gone and having stupid songs stuck in my head. I don't like not being able to stick up for people. I hate goodbyes, and the thought of losing you. <3 I hate smog alerts and creepy looks from men at fast food restaurants. Being bored makes me depressed and energy drinks aren't my cup of tea. I hate getting older and things with coconut on them. I hate that I don't call you as much as I want to, and that you don't call me either.<br />

I love the ocean, and driving fast through fields of fireflies at night. I like white chocolate, and staying in touch. I love dying my hair in mall bathrooms before concerts, and secret notes written in code. I love summer rain showers at playgrounds and the times it was just you and me. I like sea shells and sunshine. I love cabaret make up. I loved laughing my heart out on the kitchen floor at 2 in the morning, and being the one you called out of class when the world was tumbling down. I love the color of your hair and finishing sentences. I like raspberries and Captain Crunch. I like cruising Sunset Blvd and chilling with Optimus Prime. I love watching surfers at night and raiding Denny's at 3 am. I love the things that went bad that we dealt with together and inside jokes. I love the valley and orange trees in back yards. I love pictures together and the radical legacy we left behind.<br />
