Yes, the person in the background is Chi from Chobits, which is a manga that I adore wholeheartedly. I have fallen in absolute love with this manga, not only for its artistry but also for its wonderful plot and vibrant characters.<br />
<br />
The video is also from Chobits. It features the main characters of Chobits, Chi and Hideki, as they go through the storyline of the manga. I love the song "Let Me Be With You" that plays throughout the video, and the video itself isn't half-bad either!<br />

I absolutely LOVE avi art! I pay good money to anyone willing to draw my avatar.<br />
