• Luna woke on a hill overlooking the forest, with a clear view of the sky, which happened to show the sinking sun. She wasn't hungry, but knew she'd slept the whole day away. She couldn't remember how she'd got there, but stood and shook herself, sending dust into the sky. She groomed slightly, and began to go home when it all came back to her, and she stopped, nearly collapsing again. There was so much confusion last night...Too much emotions...
She tried to clear her mind, and continued trotting back to the barn where she slept. She stared at the re-opened gash in the wall, at the plank of wood that Sam had nailed over the hole, and hung her head, whimpering slightly. Disobeying the alpha...Luna walked back through the hole, and right into Shadow's bright eyes. His look simply said I feel bad for you. Luna shook her head, which was still lowered in shame. She heard Tanna walk up, and felt the older female rest her head on her shoulder. "I'm sorry about this," The German Shapard took a look at the torn wall, "About everything."

Luna stepped back. "What are you sorry about?"
"I'm sorry that you don't belong here." Tanna stated, wincing as she hoped she hadn't hurt her friend's feelings. All Luna did was stare directly into her eyes, her own blue ones intense as she uttered the words "Me too." Then she walked away.

Shadow felt sorry for Luna, but he was young, ignorant, and a male. He didn't know how to show his concern. "Heh, way to go, Champ." He said, trotting after Luna, who was still walking away. He Nudged her with his head, "Now Sam'll beat your a--"

Luna turned on a dime and faced Shadow. She leapt in the air when he backed up, and in moments she had him pinned. The husky's eyes were wide, and slightly afraid because Luna's eyes were glaring fiercely. She'd always been the submissive one, anyways. It wasn't like her to attack. Shadow's voice covered his fear with anger. "Get the hell off m--" His legs were curled under Luna, about to spring her off, when her teeth closed around his muzzle and she glared at him, eye-to-eye. Releasing him quickly, she lowered her own muzzle dangerously close to his neck. Shadow didn't speak. Good, Luna thought, about time that pup shut up.

Her mind was in a frenzy, and she was getting frustrated by her inability to think clearly. The shimmering white wolf backed off of the husky, and raised her ears and tail assertively. Her eyes glittered and her teeth were bared, her chest was even puffed out in a show of dominance.

"If you ever do anything like that, that disrespects me," She leaned down to whisper. " I'll do much more than pin you down." Luna raised her head and straightened up, looking bigger again. "I promise." She spoke louder for the last part, and glared at the husky as he struggled to get up.

Tanna walked over briskly, knowing Shadow was ok. "Luna, calm down. Jake knows your fine, so go to sleep or something."

    Luna growled softly.

"Now." Tanna said, making her voice stern.

The tone she spoke with made Luna flinch, and she walked obediantly over to an empty space in the barn, laying down. She immeadiately fell asleep, and twitched from her dreams.

There was a hole in the cieling of the old barn just above where Luna slept, and the moonlight shining through landed directly on her white coat, and under the bluish moonlight the she-wolf looked silver.
