• Senior year was the worst year for me. Not only didn't I have enough money to go to the senior trip in Disney, get food poisoning in California for a DECA conference and my teacher didn't belive me, had my state exams thrown out and I had to take them over again, and got suspende for fighting the town druggie chick....I had to end my year at was the worst night of my life.

A week before prom, my friends bought me a prom ticket, under strict protest. I had no date, so what was the point? My mom was too broke to get me a dress so she borrowed a bridesmai dress that was so plain and not my taste, kinda grammy like.

Two days before prom, the school had its drunk driving mock car crash assembly outside. As a group of us were heade back, I fell into a mainhole covered in grass and sprained my ankle.

One dasy before prom, I coached my last round of Special Olympics Track before I headed to college an the kid I used to one on one train, who has the mental capacity of a 3 year old, refused to run the track alone unless I ran it with him, although I told him that "I had a boo boo." He put up a fight....so I had to run the track.

Night before prom, my ankle blew up 2 sizes.

The night of prom, I had to walk a few blocks to the party boat where the prom was held. Again, my ankle shot up another size...and of course, I forgot to pack my Tylonal in my purse.

As we were on the boat, dancing the night away, me on the other han was stuck sitting alone. No date, not being able to ance, and was stricly unable to mingle, as I sat at the table with the Dungeons and Dragons nerds with makeshift ice bags on my ankle.

    Now for the afterparty.....

Mom was gung hoe about making me go home that I wasn't able to enjoy what normal coll kis do on prom night.

    but hey,

    Look on the bright side

College made that up for me smile
