• Tick, tock
    Tick tock.
    Tick tock.

That damn noise keeps me up almost every night.
Sometimes, I stare at the wall till eventually slamming,
my head against it’s brick frame.
    But only sometimes.

    Tick tock.
    Tick tock.
    Tick tock.

Oh god that vexatious noise that ticks and tocks throughout my nights.
It’s bad enough I keep myself locked in here,
    straying from the sun,
    elude from all of humanity.

    Tick tock.
    Tick tock.
    Tick tock.

I see them every time it ticks you know.
    Their blood thirsty eyes,
    drooling mouths waiting,
    oh are they waiting.

    Tick tock.
    Tick tock.
    Tick tock.

Waiting to rip into your flesh.
Devour and feast on your organs.
    Vicious, nasty demonic creatures.
They taste me every night, I’m their favorite.

    Tick tock.
    Tick tock.
    Tick tock.

It hurts as I feel them carving into me.
I cry but my mouth is too filled with blood to scream.
    Tonight they’ll finish me.
    This is my finale moment.

    Tick tock.
    Tick tock.
    Tick tock.

God! Why must that clock be the last thing I hear before death?
I glower at it in my finale moments and smile.
This will be the end of that damn clock.
No longer will I go nights with no sleep!

    Ha ha.
    Ha ha.
    Ha ha.

    Die damn you die!
Is my head not hard enough to kill you?
    Or is this my hell?
    Goodbye my sanity.

    Tick tock.
