• He flew up high through the trees toward the ocean. This is amazing, he thought. The wind rushed through his hair, and salt water sprayed across his face as his water-skis touched the sea lightly. He was still a distance away from the boat. He decided to enjoy this once in a lifetime experience. There was still a lot of things that he wanted to do before he left the material world; this was one of them. This was the one he had wanted to do most. He had never had the money before, though. But, ever since the talk he'd had with his doctor a few months ago, he realized how short life really was. He's been given another year to live. He never knew what God had in store for him, so he talked it over with his wife, and she had agreed to let him do this. He really wasn't that young. In his late fifties, his wife and children had thought this would affect the heart condition he had. There was still a lot he wanted to do before he died. Things like para sailing, and traveling the world, among other things. His inspiration had come from the song "Live Like You Were Dying" by Tim McGraw. He already was dying. This made him really believe he was living like he was dying.
