• "I'll never let you go"
He once informed her a year and a half ago
Now their words wander in an inarticulate spoken sounds
Secluding themselves in a love and hate compound
Not intending to impair their relationship
He doesn't speculate the tears that drip
She complies her feelings locked, seeking to let him know
Hoping to continue the melancholy sadness and sorrow

Walking side by side, a conversation begins to evoke
Determined to tell him, she finally spoke
"I'm just a friend, I know. But I miss you so"
Captivity in uselessness, there was no response
She hugged him ever so tight, she didn't let go
He stood ever so slight, he didn't make a move

Departing away from her without a second glance
Her heart initiates to decay, as she lost her only chance
Left in a solitary moment, she gathered her mind
Advancing her steps to follow him home
She couldn't accept the reality hat she was left behind

    One
    Two
    Three
    Knocks on his wooden door
Impressed to see her, he couldn't ask for more
Passionately taking her hand, he holds her close
Mistaken for innocence, he somehow went into madness
Holding a broken piece of glass, he trembled with nervousness
He looked deeply in her eyes and said
"I'm sorry, you surely don't deserve this. But I love you"

    One
    Two
    Three
    Stabs penetrate her heart...almost dead
With one last quivering breath, she said
    "I love you too"

Sweat rolls down his face, waking up so horrified
    Terror beats in his heart
Did he dream everything he applied?
Shatters of glass and carnage in his hands
The bloody body of his lover next to him
    Now he understands

He vividly imagined her alive and kissed her lips
He whispered sweetly in her hear one last time
"I told you I would never let you go"
