Drip, drop, drip, drop.
I saw the wold around me that was slowly becoming wet with the droplets of rain.
The newly speckled road
Seeing the black spots, the tears began to well up.
Riddle.
Even months after that day of sadness.
I think Riddle and my heart begins to cry,
my soul weeping with it.
I think Riddle.
The sweet animal,
had his last breath in peace in December.
That day I cried till I couldn't make another tear.
Every tear gone, like the rain.
The rain all gone, nothing left in the clouds.
Good bye.
Thinking good bye as I walked through the door.
No longer feeling the rain,
no longer feeling the sadness.
Drip, drop, drip, drop.

- Title: Caught In the Rain
- Artist: Ashido2518
- Description: This is a poem about my Dalmatian that died two years ago. I wrote this poem for a local poem publishing, and I was able to get it published. When I said Riddle in the poem, that's the name of my Dalmatian. (If you were confused at all.)

- My dog is fourteen years old, and probably won't live maybe a year or two max. Did you have a shoulder to cry on?
