• Butterflies and purple cats

    sugar coated dreams

    nightmares that turn black

and skin torn at it's seams

    Eyes fall from their sockets

    to reveil a shimmering light

    Rabbits steal from my pockets

    only to gasp in fright

I don't fit in this world

neither this one nor the next

where people smile as thier lips curl

and others cut them at the neck

If only I could show you

    my Wonderlandic dream

Then maybe I'll learn to get along

    and silence their broken screams
