• I was tired and dropped off into slumber,
My mind flashing visions before my eyes.
    I knew they weren't real but I couldn't resist,
For they showed me of the one I love.
I was with her at last, a beauty to behold.

Her skin was flawless and smooth,
Her lips as soft as velvet, eyes of blue.
The brilliant shining of her eyes,
    Miraculously catching a tender love.
What could I do but stare, she had me.

I embraced her, feeling the touch of her skin,
The warmth of her body flowing unto me.
I placed my face into her neck, taking in
Her heavenly scent. The smell of rose and jasmine,
Entwined with the smell of a fresh forest.

I closes my eyes, lacing my lips across
Her delicate neck. I smile and slip my
Hands around her waist, my lips brushing
Her cheeks. I whisper softly in her ear,
Words that I do not know. I felt her shiver…

I pulled my head back, looking directly in her eyes.
She smiled at me, stroking my cheek with the
Back of her hand and I froze. Never had
I felt such a powerful touch from a woman,
Never had I felt so weak and powerless.

She stepped closer, her form pressed against mine.
I moved in for the kiss, my lips gently brushing hers.
She closed in, parting my lips with hers. She
Kissed me more passionately than love could
Ever describe, I was in love.

I tried to do move, my hands starting to roam across
Her perfect form and my eyes closing firmly.
I held her to me, my hands firmly upon her posterior
And her hands laced behind my head. There we were,
Bound together for what seemed an eternity.

And as soon as it started, my angel left.
I called out for her, her name ringing
Along the halls. Lauren, I yelled,
Never wanting her to be gone. I tried to
chase after her, though my legs locked.

I awoke covered in a cold sweat, and I sighed.
I knew better than that, it wasn’t the time for us.
But a thought crossed my mind as I lay
There in the dark, she will be mine it said.
I could wait for her, but could she wait for me?
