• They left just six, six years ago,
But very little did they know
That going to Bali at that time,
There would be such a terrible crime.

Their holiday turned out to be a disaster,
And wouldn’t be alright until several years after.

It all started in the Bali pubs,
Drinking with their friends, some were drunk
But then they struck, so suddenly it came,
The streets of Bali would never be the same.

Several explosions, their smoke in the sky,
Not a single soul, lived to say the daylight
In those unfortunate areas, fire filled the air,
Like there were over a million, up and running flares.

Curse those bad people, who set all of the bombs,
They left thousands of innocents homeless, the rest left to roam
And they were part of it, a lot of our Australian friends,
They were caught up in the mayhem, and they new it would be the end.

As it was happening, they were all screaming and running,
And then it was all over…
