• I live to dream,
To stay alive where the light will always shine.
Then as the sun begins to set, twilight comes again.
Its sliver mists dance and glide weaving dreams in my mind.
Then the night comes to blow the twilight away,
And sleep comes to my eyes.
When I dream I dream to die.
    To leave the earth’s sunshine,
And to enter the darkness’ cool embrace.
The light fights to stay but the darkness snuffs it all away.
So when I dream I die and enter a world of eternal sleep.
The darkness temps me to stay
To keep me from the light
And forever dream of things never to be
But when the sun rises the dreams fade away
The light embraces me once again
And holds on to the hope that I will never dream again.
