Staring out a window
Are you waiting for some
thing?
Some
one?
What are you waiting
for?
What are you looking
at?
Sun bright
Reflected in the grass
Honey golden rod
shining dull
like
fluorescent lights
It’s outside of your window
pane
It’s outside of your glass
screen
Leaves wave in the wind
Do you notice them?
Do you notice their
colors
red
brown
green
Are you watching
them?
Or are you watching
him?


What are you looking
at?
What are you waiting
for?
