Im in a room and all dressed in black.
Im morning at the fact that she's not coming back.
The doctor said mommy fell asleep at the wheel.
I have no faith that time can heal.
Mommy you were my life my spirit my mother. *sobs*
Now you have left me to fend for me and my brother.
Mommy Im only 13 what am I to do?
Mommy I dont want to live... not without you!
Mommy dont leave me here not today.
Mommy wake-up dont go away!

It's sad in a beautiful way, but I wish you'd clear up some grammatical issues. That would only make it better. All in all, It's pretty dang good.

a tear jaring poem. like so many of your poems it takes you to another place where you can see the main char where you can sence theyr fealings. its so realistik it nearly makes you cry.
