    The weight is heavy on my heart

    Like some knife, big and sharp

    I nwant to show you feelings can be true



    I need to tell you in some way

    That voice had been leading me astray

    Your words had calmed me, frown into smile

    I always wished I had stayed awhile



    My feelings often dismissed

    But you didn't know how much it persists



    After this poem, I feel quite elated

    But know now these words have been quite sedated



    Now the words are all used up

    Handed to you in a package all jumbled up



    Now do you know why I'm here?

    Please, for me don't fear.
