• Description: I was thinking about a local christian youth retreat that I've attended in the past.
  And how it's changed me.
  it's really made me grow as a person, and in my faith.
  Anyhow, you're all entitled to your beliefs, and I respect that.

I dance and sway and enjoy the movement.
Cause this body was a gift from you to me.
A sigh escapes in the wash of wordless worship.
And my mind sinks, back turned on the day.

If I were to,
Find the way,
I would die of happiness.

If I were more,
A touch immune,
If I would just stay good,
I wouldn’t fall away again.

But I’m only human,
In a kettle in the fire.
Burning up and striking out.

I am only human.
On an island in the dark.
Only ‘cause my eyes are closed.
I know you’re always close.

How can I still feel alone?

Some things,
Never work out.
You have,
Better plans for us.

We want just a little more,
And we’re not shy for asking.
