• Ever traveled on a dirt road?

Go as far as you like,

    If no one knows,

It can be a wild hike.

The trees can bend as they will,

Their leaves enjoying the wind that blows.

The bark changes color as the sun goes down,

As the grass soaks up the last of her.

Walking in the morning can be a delight,

But most of all to walk out at night,

    That is something different.

    As night the creatures come,

    Good and the Bad.

    They walk along the road,

As your feet touch the ground.

You see the shine of the moon,

    As well as the stars.

As you walk you can even see shining,

The water greeting the moon’s half smile.

    What holds us back?
