Lost in time and space
These thoughts come to a standstill
It all boils down to one thing
One ******** situation
Nothing else seems to matter anymore
Sink or swim?
Don't make me choose
Opportunity seems beyond my grasp
This monochrome rainbow
A phantom of my dreams
Endlessly threatens
Beckons
Teases me to tears
Please, someone
Take me home
Horizons are blurred now
Another bleak future, I can imagine
No need to wonder now
For my thoughts were reality, after all
These beginnings are all coming to an end
I wish I could choose

- Title: No Choice
- Artist: Sapphire Seven
- Description: I had written this before I had to make the one choice which affected my relationship with the guy I had fallen for. Strangely enough, after I made that choice, this poem seemed to reflect it more than it had when I first wrote this.

- master kakaru, if you intended that her poem is not a poem because it has no rhyming schemes, then you are so wrong. not all poems are rhyming, as long as it expresses one's feelings and/or has raw emotion, then it's a poem. -_-. btw, loveeeee it smile )) 5.5

I like, a lot ^^
Especially the part about the "monochrome rainbow" very vivid imagery, no rhyme scheme, no iambic patterns, just plain raw prose. I do enjoy stuff like this, it's refreshing after all of the rhyming couplets and failed attempts at interesting writing. ^^ 5/5 - Report As Spam

Nice. Maybe make it a poem if you are a good poet?
