Time

what are years but months,
and months are days
as days are hours,

and hours turn to minutes,
turn to seconds.

and what is time,
but a man made prison
set upon himself.

and when we reach the end of our time,
we may ask ourselves,
"was it worth it?"

a great work. but the ending seems kind of sudden...
perhaps adding on more verse at the end?

Hmm... I would tweak with this poem a little bit- I like how you keep listing off units of times until you get down to seconds, but I would recommend tightening the stanzas so that it is one long list that marches downwards (and cut any unnecesary words) and then have the last two stanzas.
