Fire, shining so bright
Your colors burn through the night
With your warmth ablaze,
You remind me of my rage
Dancing in the wind
Graceful, without a care
You beautifully destroy life
Breathing in the once fresh air
I wish I was you,
Life seems so easy
There is no pain
Only fear of dousing the flames
It must feel nice,
Being brought back to life
You seem to be everywhere
To warm the bodies of people
Once you've turned their hearts to ice
I see myself in you
So bright, yet dulled
By the ignorance of others
Not to worry, it'll be all right
I've heard the want to die, in your flames so bright
We could be great
Together, killing and burning those we hate
I wish to hold your fiery hand,
Yet my human skin forbids it
Marks from you as my punishment
Only makes me want to try again
I love your personality,
Wild and untamed
Still alive, we could never be as one
Close, but not quite the same
One day, we'll meet again
You're my sweet escape
From my emotional pain
Hidden by your smoky cape..
Enveloped by your loving flames
Burns of forgiveness for avoiding you for so long
I know I should've listened, I was wrong
But finally we are joined, one and the same
Past the painful death,
The fire roars peacefully
With my dying breath,
Together, I die, feeling wonderfully
