• A calming feeling swept over
Her as she sat alone out in
    The dark cold world
She sighed with relief as her
    Long blonde hair brushed
    Against her defined cheek
    And carried her warm lilac
    Scent out to the impatient
Sea in which she once had
    Drowned with her sorrows

    Darkened storm clouds
    Roll in from the once
    Peaceful sea and begin
    Their rampage through
    The sea-side villages
The coast line is lit up
    With an eerie glow as
    Lightning strikes the
    Hollow ground where
    A once grand mansion
    Stood so many years
    Before that dreaded night

    This is the town called
    "Darkvale" where this
    Night tortured souls
    Congregate bringing
    With them the horrors
    Of their travels

    The girl remains back
    Against the tree sitting
    Watching as the sea
    Rolls on still looking for
    That light that they all
    Waited for and every
    Century would appear
    Only once

    This night, All Hallows Eve
    They would appear to wait
And watch until the sun rose
    The next morning to notify
    The wandering spirits that
    Once again they had missed
    The light

This day though, the girl will
Find that the light is never
    Missed, just misunderstood
For they are in hell and until
    That time, they will remain
    On this dreadful planet
Waiting for their light to come
Once again only to find that
    They missed it
