• Hyper

    She bounced off the walls
    Unable to hear
    The "settle down!" calls
    Of her fellow peers.

    It was just one slush,
Half a cup of icy mush,
    That did this to her,
    Just a bit of sugar.

She finally sat in her chair,
    Twirling her hair.
    She couldn't sit still,
And silence she needed to fill.

    She shivered and shook,
    Shaking her book.
    Unable to read,
    She just fell asleep.

    While asleep she dreamed
    Of alien's beams,
    Of flying books
    And meowing cooks.

    When she woke up,
    She thought "What the heck".
She never fell asleep hyper again
    And that's the end.
