    tears drop down our smiling cheeks.

    I miss it all...
    This was our last farewell,
    before the night flutters down a dark abyss.
    Filled with what seems red drips of misfortune,
    as you slowly wander away into the light.
    I'm alone now...
    Crying alone..
    Standing alone..
    Can barely remember the good times we shared,
    only the bad.
    Looking up into the starry skies...
    You're smiling down at me.
    Dear God,
    the only thing I can utterly regret,
    is not telling you how much I loved you.
    Maybe it's not too late.
    I creeped and stuttered as i stoof before you're grave.
    Streams of tears flow down my face,
    "My dear sweetheart,
    when you were alive,
    I never told you how i felt,"
    As time flew by,
    I finally blurted out,
    "A-Ans, well, I just wanted to say..."
    I stumbled into the dirt,
    and looked right into the stone.
    "I've always loved you,
    and I wish you were here."
    I stood up,
    sighing in disbelief,
    leaving a death flower upon the dirt.
    I walked away into the dark night,
    with one last breath,
    I spoke,
    "I'm sorry that I couldn't be your hero.."
