• The Natural destroyer of all things,
with great passion it spreads its wings.
    Singing sweetly Death's desire,
    misunderstood is the lonely Fire.

    Fairest friend and healer true,
but with mercy it kills too.
Easy to love, easy to hate,
    sometimes Water decides our fate.

    Gentle breezes bring all life,
    harsher winds can carry strife.
    Many burdens it must bear,
but depend we must upon the Air.

From dust to dust we come and die,
born from that in which we lie.
All of nature from it rise,
Earth both gives and takes the prize.

Shared by love and freedom both,
    tainted only when provoked.
This our core Death cannot hold,
the Spirit shines proud and bold.

We are at their beck and call,
cannot hide or run at all.
    Guiding, guarding at all hours,
these five Elements hold great power.
