The silver bell rings
The wind whispers through the leaves
A story that's to be told
Through clenched teeth and lips cold
Trying to overcome the dark
With the light's tinitest spark
Seeking what can't be found
No trail to follow, not a sound
Fighting off all the demons
But without an iron will
How many monsters can I really kill
When the leaves whisper and sing
The song that the silver bell rings?

- Title: The Silver Bell's Ring
- Artist: maydaymouse
- Description: I wrote this poem when I saw a little bell in my room and heard the ringing in my ear and memories just flooded my mind and I got the idea for this piece of writing. I still don't think I did too good on this one, but that's my opinion. Please comment and rate it fairly, I would really appreciate it.

Beautiful! I shivered at the "When the leaves whisper and sing
The song that the silver bell rings? " part! I have a bell in my room too. I keep it on my dresser and I see it everytime I go to bed. I'll think of this poem tonight. It was very beautiful! 5/5 I wished it was longer. It could have been a song. It rymed wonderfully. - Report As Spam
