There is a Harmony in my heart
A soft singing melody
Ringing within giving me peace
I hear her voice sweetly singing
As I let the music flow though
My body relaxes becoming lost
As her music pierces my heart
I become enthralled by her
All I wish to do is hold her
Be close to her when I can
Loving her everyday no matter
This would be a dream come true
Having this women who has put
A sweet Harmony in my heart
That I never wish to leave
Never be alone again

A deservedly famous author by the penname George Orwell once said "never use a metaphor, simile, or other figure of speech you are used to seeing in print," advice I recommend; this is an excellent poem, but things like 'dream come true' don't help. Just a suggestion, though, it is still a wonderful poem.
