• I awake to the sound of a crash
We all run out to see the crash made a flash
    Looking above the tenement
    I see a cloud
It is soon like mental cement in my mind
We all fall sick as the haze clouds the skies
As all grows dark it seems we have lost our eyes
We go inside and cry ourselves asleep
We all know we're in this fiasco deep
Looking onto the horizon I smell the grass
For awhile the ground looks like glass
    We know
    We remember
    That we can change
    For better or worse
That's what caused the great flash
We weren't as good as our northern neighbors
    And as the Geiger beeps
All I can do is go in my sleep
