• You looked me in the eyes
    So blue, ready to dive right into
    You took my hand in yours
    My look locked up
    I no longer could escape
    I no longer could hide
    You looked right through me
    Looked into my soul
    It warmed me
    Warmth that filled my whole body
    I got colour in my cheeks and my lips
    I could feel the tears in my eyes
    I would not cry
    I didn’t want to show him my weakness
    He kissed my hand and my nose
    Lightly as a feather
    I couldn’t hold back the tears anymore
    I no longer could hide them
    A single tear ran down my cheek
    He kissed the salty tear away
    He held me tight and kissed me
    I felt his warmth
    I smelled at his dark hair
    Then he left me
    Alone in the darkness
