• My heart breaks.

    My soul aches.

    The pieces on the floor.

"I'll never let you in again!"

And now I close the door.

    ~
For quite some time the doors been shut.

And far away you stay put.

You beseech, you beg, you plead for me!

But your face, your eyes I refuse to see.

    ~
You bestow these gifts, one by one.

    "I'm telling you now-I said I'm DONE!"

You think you know me well by now.

You knew these things weren't true

But the reason why I locked the door is to get away from you.

    ~
For quite some time the doors been shut.

And far away you stay put.

    "But whats this?" I ask.

    No knock on the door?

No gifts? No pleads? No voice once more?

Not even a letter that lay on the floor?

    ~
The boy had left, he came and gone.

But what do I care? I did nothing wrong!

Temptation sunk in as I stared at the door.

"No! No! I won't open it !" She swore.

But it was to late, the creek opened once more.

    ~
The door flung open as the girl came out.

"He isn't here." She began to pout.

It came again- that feeling she had.

She knew she wasn't furious, she knew she wasn't mad.

For it was still there, the feelings she had had.

    ~
The one for the boy she loved, which she drove away.

"I didn't want you to go," she said. "I'm wishing you had stayed."

She thought about what happened- regretting the choice she made.

"I didn't want you to leave." She said. "I just wanted you to stay."

    ~
The moments that she thought were gone, the ones swept away...

Came to her in an instant when the boy looked down and said:

"I thought you wanted me gone." He spoke. "I thought you wanted me dead.."

The girl quickly looked up at him- her face was shown bright red.

He took a step closer to her, for he could not bear.

He placed his hand on her cheek, and then pulled back her hair.

    ~
"I knew you'd change your mind," he said. "I knew you'd understand."

"For what we share is important to me." He slowly took her hand.

"I already know what you're going to say- you've said it again and again."

"But now its my turn." She said with a grin , she grabbed his shirt and then...

    ~
She pulled him down, leaning forward and for the moment she'd stay.

His cheeks began to heat up, as he too came half way.

"I love you." He said, he said with a grin.

"I love you, too" She stood forever and then.

And thus, my friends, becomes "The End".
