• The girl sits alone,
    At her lunch table,
    She waiting for her friends,
Being as quiet as can be.

    Her friends show up,
    And as normal she smiles,
    Hiding the pain she feels,
    On the inside.

She doesn't want then to worry,
    So she hides it inside,
The pain of losing her family, her friends,
She keeps it all bottled up inside.

    She hides her thoughts,
    She tries not to curse,
    She says she a pacifist.
    This is all true.

She keeps the smile on her face,
She hears the lunch bell ring,
She's the last on to leave the room,
    She's still smiling.

People tell her to toughen up,
She ignores them and walks away,
Telling them that she gonna stay the way she is,
    Each and everyday.

    She walks home from school,
    Alone as usual,
She doesn't talk as people pass her by,
She doesn't glance as her own reflection as she walks away.

She finally gets hom and walks to her room smiling all the way,
Once she finally get there her smile turned into a frown,
She sits on the bed and starts to cry letting free all the pain inside,
She glads she wears a smile everyday becasue of all that it can hide.
