Something to remember me by,
When all my life is gone,
I couldn't look you straight in the eyes,
Therefore, I never saw.
I couldn't bear the sadness you felt,
Much less the hate,
I knew deep down that I was to blame,
I'm going away.
I'll call your if there's life after death,
So I know how you are,
I'll tell you that I'll always be close,
Because hell is not that far,
I'll say that I am sorry I left,
What's done is done,
You'll ask me how my death came to be,
I'll say "the cancer won".
Of all the painful things in my life,
This hurt the most,
I tried so hard to stop all the pain,
It never goes,
Out of everyone that I hate,
I hate you least,
And even though I'm burning in hell,
Remember me.

I love this poem very much. Your writing flows together perfectly and the words are very deep.
