and sing my name.
A wish to be together,
strung by a hym to be apart.
A powerful bond of love,
weakly stitched as one.
Two hearts meant to be unified,
incapable of annexing.
Words become our passion,
our only way of truth.
We give each other physical strength,
while only being there emotionally.
I feed off your spirit and soul,
though not always hungry.
Your voice comforts my ears,
your words plant kisses on my cheeks.
A single thought of you,
brings a smile to my lips.
A preacher believes it is not wise,
to test yourself through means of words.
Though words are all we have,
and they make our connection stronger everyday.
I long only for one kiss,
until we can finally be one.
One kiss to ease the wait,
but it seems I must wait for that too.
With you in my heart for always,
I will wait as long as it takes.
For you to embrace me,
and take me away.
Reality will crumble beneath us,
as we travel to our personal heaven.
