Yells and screams erupted from the crowd of men at the entrance, Ingram picked up his pace slightly putting him into a light jog. As Ingram arrived at the scene prepared to inquire about the chaos being created a man flew towards him crashing at his feet unconscious and much to Ingram's confusion. Apparently he had walked right into the middle of a fight.
Ingram stared forward and watched as a young women punched and kicked sending men to the ground on after another, when they stopped coming for her Ingram stepped forward trying to ask what had happened . His answer was the right hand of the woman clenched and speeding towards his face, shifting his weight onto his heels he easily yet narrowly dodged the blow which is soon followed by a flurry of identical strikes. Ingram shifts and ducks after each strike whizzes by him, the woman is more skilled than he initially realizes and he takes note of the fine longsword at her side and her thin arms which upon closer expection are encompassed by well defined muscles which flex and detract with every punch. The woman moves forward with reckless abandon but only because she knows few could stand against the barrage of strikes...this man is one of them. The woman looses momentum for a moment loosing her balance slightly Ingram sees this and deflects a shot from her left arm and then pushes his leg beneath her ankle sending her forward where she nearly falls onto her face. The woman turns sharply expecting the man to take advantage of the moment to strike back, but he just stands there arms at his sides where his blades rest ready to launch forward against enemies and it is then that the woman knows she has made a mistake. Ingram half expecting the woman to fall to her knees begging for her life is surprised as the woman leaps toward him and...shakes his hand. "I am so sorry I thought that you were with those obnoxious morons who were calling me a wench or something as such." Ingram batted an eyebrow as he realized that for once in his life he was completely and utterly lost.
After a long and relatively one sided conversation (where Ingram practiced his ability to nod and ignore) In gram had found hat the commotion had arisen when a group of men saw the woman entering and one of them had decided to make a pass at her (which she apparently took as a very serious offense) Ingram sighed as he realized that the fiasco had cost him a few hours of information gathering" well I really must be on my way so if you'll excuse me" the woman stood up from her chair quickly almost knocking over the table " Hey wait let me buy you a drink as an apology" Ingram reluctantly answered dreading that he would be pulled into another long pointless story" I really don't have time for all of this miss, so unless you are going to point me towards a man named Lord sin then I really have no use for this waste of time"
Ingram passed through the doors of the pub and into the night air of the city but before he had gotten more than a few steps he heard a voice that made him grind his teeth and reach for his dagger" Hey wait up , that was really rude you know" "SO WHAT?" Ingram snapped back at the woman who was now at his side. "well I WAS gonna tell you where Lord sin is but apparently you don't seem to care much about common courtesy" Ingram's jaw almost dropped, how was it possible that he had found the one person in the whole city who excited his nerves to the point that he thought he would just as likely kill himself...after killing her."So?" the woman asked Ingram in a mocking tone, Ingram contemplated killing her again but instead manged to turn towards her and answer her with a nod "Good, by the way my names Nesa" Nesa looked toward Ingram with a big smile "I'm Ingram Alexander" as soon as Nesa began leading the way Ingram muttered under his breath " what horrible atrocity did I commit in a former life to deserve this"
